Well! Hello! How you doin?
So I’ve lost another 5 lbs, and that puts me up to 14% of my goal!! Yay!ÂÂ
I wish I had a little thermomater to color in like they do with those fundraiser goal things (lol). Except mine would probably be a frybread or something, haha.
I lost some inches, too! I thought so, it was so subtle that you don’t really see a huge change, but somehow, you can feel it.
Thanks for the song suggestions, all three of you, lol.
Nike Plus has this thing called “Power Songs”, a term which I really like. Basically it’s a song that gets you pumped and motivates you to lift more or run harder, etc. Here’s a couple of my favs:
Black Cats - from Call of Duty: World At War
I really love this game. And I really dig this song. Those Japanese Drums, dude! lol At least I think that’s what they are. Anyway. You get adrenaline during the mission on the game (where you’re in a black cat plane shooting down Japanese Zeros.) and during your workout. Here’s a vid with JUST the song. Man, reminds me that I need to get the ONE BAD GATO and the SUM OF ALL ZEROES achievements. lol
Oh and speaking of call of duty -Nazi Zombies! I like the zombies song when you die. lol Just found this out - it’s called Lullaby for a Dead Man. I didn’t know it had lyrics.

Something about father/son angst just inspires rage and triumph. lol
And after seeing the comments on all the Father of Mine videos, I feel kinda bummed out now. lol But still, this song makes them feel better.

Aaah, this song was in a cadallic commerical once, and ever since then, I imagine myself driving my brand spanking new cadillac along the coast with all the windows rolled down during sunset rocking this song. lol Oooh yeah, ooooooh yeah!
