What are you most passionate about?

I am most passionate about thinking of the future.  I don’t know what I will do when it is here. :-)  But I have a feeling that I will be very happy.

What are the THREE things for which you are MOST thankful for?

1. My daughter
2. My past experiences, and how everything turned out.
3. My family.

Other than your parents, who has been the most influential person in your life and why?

I would have to say although I haven’t known her all my life, but just for 18 mos, the most influential person would be my daughter.  She has made me see and re-appreciate things in life i have been overlooking, like putting your toes in the grass during the summer, watching an ant cross the sidewalk, seeing the stars, and watching the snow fall.  She has taught me how to really cherish life.

Hi, my dear MySpace friends! I just wanted to say, I really hope you aren’t annoyed by my posting portions of my new blog here. It is just so hard to manage too many blog locations when you’re a new mommy and have your hands full. So, I hope you understand!  Here is the excerpt from this morning’s post. MORNINGS

Right now, I’ve gotta say that mornings are the best. Though I despise
waking up at 6 am, there is nothing more beautiful than seeing her
precious face greet you when you arrive at her crib. The sweet, sweet
smile that awaits you can make even the grumpiest of mommies giggle….

I’ve been away from blogging for awhile now, we’ve had allot going on. However, what better way to get back into things, then to jumpstart ‘em with a holiday blog!

I went to my mailbox and low and behold, my Secret Santa has been to town!!

When I opened the box, I found what I am assuming to be my first clue as to who this may be:

So I know my Santa is from Minnesota!!!

Next, as I dug deeper in the box, this is what I found:

Its a metal wall hanging!
Its going on my deck along with the next thing I found in the box:

Yeppers….Gotta love those wind chimes!!!! WOOT!!!

Also, there was a bottle of this:

 

“Wild Country Pure Maple Syrup”
I plan on using them in my sweet taters this thanksgiving……I’ll let ya’ll know how yummy it is!!

Also, my hubby and I just celebrated our anniversary, and my Secret Santa included this:

Thanks you Santa for remembering us!!

And last but not least, in the bottom of the box was these:

Now, let me tell you a little story about the flip flops.

First of all, I dont own one pair of gray flip flops, so the color is perfect!
Second, Old Navy is my all time favorite store!!!!! Yep!!
And third, you may think that not owning a pair of gray flip flops is not that strange, however, it is for me…..why?

Well,  I bought me 2 of those “shoes under” domahickies they advertise on tv, because I wanted someway to organize my flip flops.
I put all my flip flops in them……3 pair to a slot……..and my dear secret santa, this gray pair made pair number 58 for me!!!
Yes, I know, 58 pairs of flip flops is insane, but its the truth.
When I get energetic, I plan to do yall a flip flop blog.
I know thats more flops than anyone person should have, but what can I say….thats all I wear!! So, out of 58 pairs, your color choice couldn’t have been
better!!

So Santa, your box was wonderful, and it couldn’t have come at a better time!

Stop reading this, and go get it! I mean, PLEASE go get it : ) And you can leave a review too, which is cool because reviews allow one to express oneself through reviewage. And it’s fun for me to read! And just think - the more reviews I get to read, the less time I’m spending here - in my blog - writing about reviews and exclamation points and complete and utter blah! Wow, my vocabulary sucks. Mrs. Harrison, my first grade teacher wouldn’t be proud. I hope she doesn’t waste her retirement reading former students’ blogs. I hope she’s at least golfing or fishing or knitting or SOMETHING.
NOW do you have reason enough to leave this vocabulary-black-hole of a blog?
Thought so…but congratulations! You lasted longer than I would’ve if I were reading someone else’s ramblings. That’s gotta be worth something, right?
I refuse to go back and proof read this thing, so I apologize if there are any misspellings (like the word ‘misspell,’ which I’m never sure of).

Tonnes of great stuff today…not sure where to start.
 
First off, the second leg of the Seventh Tree UK tour kicks off on Wednesday.  If you haven’t got tickets yet, there are still some available for some shows at www.seetickets.com.  Eugene Mcguiness and Pete Greenwood have been added as supports (check site for details). The tour kicks off with a very special set as part of the BBC Electric Proms series.   Tickets for this sold out straight away but don’t worry as those lovely people at the BBC will be transmitting highlights on the radio, TV and on the world wide web.  We’ll put the details up on the Goldfrapp website and MySpace page when they are confirmed.

And not only that…everyone everywhere can feel part of this intimate performance  as, soon as the curtain comes down, Goldfrapp will release a very special and exclusive download of ‘Clowns’, as performed at the Proms.  The track will be available to download FOR FREE for 7 days here and via bluetooth transmissions at Electric Proms venues. 
 
And last but by no means least…..’Little Bird’ and ‘You Never Know’ are uploaded and ready to access.  There’s more to come as over the next few weeks we’ll be adding 2 tracks a week, giving you exclusive access to all the new video tracks from the Seventh Tree Special Edition.  PLUS high resolution downloads of photographs of Alison and Will and brand new wallpapers.  Here’s the instructions again, just in case.  Insert your copy of the ‘Seventh Tree’ CD into your computer, hit this link and follow the prompts.
